We let them know all 1000 pcs were defective, we received an unbelievable response. [If you pay an additional $570, we will deliver an additional 1000 more, total 2000 pcs. There is no other way. This time, our engineer will do it more strict.] 4. They said they would not refund the cost of mold. We spent a lot of time and work for refund, and finally after 3 months, we received a refund of about 20% of the total amount we paid.
